It’s been quite the ride the last 18 months. What started out as a 9 month exploration into Ai has evolved beyond anything I ever expected.

I have a mighty team of contractors that help me get things done, but the time has come to hire full time support.

I’ve never written a job post like the one for the position. Like everything else Ai, it’s all new and moving fast.

Ai Adoption Advisory Services

Following our pattern here of official offering launches trailing their availability, Ai Adoption Advisory work has been something we’ve been doing all of 2024.

I looked it up this week and it now accounts for 92% of our work… and it’s not on our website, which is not a good thing!

So what are we spending most of our time on? We help organizations better adopt AI for their creative functions.

How does it work? It’s a three step process.

1. We audit a team’s existing projects, tools and workflows.

2. We run Ai design sprints across multiple slices of their creative functions.

3. We analyze and provide a roadmap for Ai tool and workflow adoption as well training services.

The end result is a better understanding of how to tackle Ai integration as well as an inspired and knowledgeable team, ready to adopt Ai.
